My boyfriend first took me to Two Quail 3 years ago on our first date and he took me back last week to propose (and many times inbetween). On all occasions, the food has been delicious! Last week, we had the quail special that was cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. The waitress suggested a wonderful wine to accompany our meal. This is by far the most romantic restaurant in the Washington, D.C. area.
